Mentored 12 candidates successfully through an on-line blended Green Belt certification program. He coached them through one session a week over 11 weeks to ensure they understood the material and passed the test required for certification. He helped them simultaneously deliver Green Belt projects and ultimately get certified. He met his SMART (Specific Measureable Achievable Realistic Time-based) goal of 100% of students trained, certified, and delivering results to the business.

Mentored a project that increased orders handled the same day by 16.7%. Using DMAICs to lean out a transactional process his client created and examined Value Stream Maps for 5 different order entry processes the company supported. Then they streamlined those processes and shifted customers to the process that best supported that customer’s needs. His mentee became the first certified Green Belt in her organization and exceeded her SMART goal of increasing orders shipped the day of order entry.
